Frusan Academy was formed to create possibilities to promote and teach methodologies, knowledge and experience amongst our collaborators and throughout the organization.

The group of 43 collaborators selected from all of our plants met at the San Fernando on September 9 and 10, where they took part in learning workshops on specific topics that provide each of them with guidance in the different operations that they conduct.
